The setting

Paradisus Playa del Carmen sits at the northern end of Fifth Avenue, where the town's noise thins out and the coastline opens up. La Perla , the adults-only half of the resort , is quieter again. No children, no competing schedules, nothing to negotiate around.
You arrive to a private check-in with a drink already in your hand. After that the week is yours. The beach is a short walk from your room. The pools stay unhurried. The evening air is warm enough that conversations run longer than anyone planned.
This is not a retreat that asks you to withdraw from the world. It is somewhere comfortable enough that your attention finally settles , which, in our experience, is when the useful thinking starts.

Every meal at the resort's restaurants and bars. An open bar through the day, domestic and imported brands. A minibar in your room , beer, water, soft drinks , restocked daily. Room service. The pools, the beach, the recreation. Wifi throughout. Taxes and gratuities already settled.
There is no bill at the end of the week, and no running total in the back of your mind while you decide whether to order another coffee.

Held for this group
A welcome cocktail reception at Kanna Beach Club as the sun goes down, and a second at the Meetings Foyer. Dinner beside Pool Perla. Twenty per cent off treatments at the spa. The fitness centre open to you all week.
What sits outside the package
The spa and salon, beach club cabanas, Sal restaurant, premium wines and specialty cocktails, and off-site excursions carry their own cost. A small environmental tax , about $4 per night on your own, $6 shared , is payable at the resort on check-in. Everything else is already paid for.

- Dates
- Check in November 3 and check out November 8, 2027. Add up to three nights either side while choosing your dates, subject to availability.
- Getting there
- Cancún International is the arrival airport, roughly an hour from Playa del Carmen.
- VAT refund
- Guests traveling from outside México receive the refundable VAT amount back to the card used for the stay, usually within 30 days of the event. There is no form to complete. Keep your passport and boarding pass for the resort.
- Resort payment
- The full stay amount is charged by the resort. Bookings are non-refundable.

What is included in the nightly rate?
Meals and drinks at the resort restaurants and bars during regular hours, an open bar with domestic and imported brands, a minibar restocked daily, room service, recreational activities, wifi, and all taxes and gratuities apart from the environmental tax paid at check in.
Is this an adults-only resort?
Yes. La Perla is adults only. The group stays at La Perla within the wider Paradisus Playa del Carmen property.
Can I share a room?
Yes. Both room types allow two adults. Choose King Bed if you are happy to share one bed, or Double Queen Bed if you prefer separate beds. Name the person you are sharing with while booking, and we will send them a private link to add their own details.
Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Yes. You can add up to three nights either side while choosing your dates, subject to availability.
What is the environmental tax?
A local tax paid directly to the resort at check in. The exact amount for your stay appears in the cost summary before you confirm.
